JOB DESCRIPTION School Administrator (with a good level of Japanese) We are looking for a highly organised and efficient person to help manage the day to day running of PS English. They must have excellent administrative, computer and customer service skills, but there may be a business development element to the job as well. Knowledge of Japanese – the ability to read and understand written email queries – is essential, while the ability to speak and write Japanese is desirable. The detailed job specification will depend on and evolve with the individual, but the role is likely to be 15-20 hours per week, can be relatively flexible within weekday normal office hours and will involve mainly work from home, with some work at our East Finchley (office). QUALITIES REQUIRED Essential Efficiency and attention to detail Japanese language skills as described above Fluent English speaker Basic IT literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, internet-based business platforms) Ability to work remotely and flexibly with good Internet access Commitment and reliability Preferable Higher level IT literacy e.g. MailChimp, WordPress TEFL experience (teaching or administrative) Ideal Marketing background / experience
