Coronavirus update as of 26th March 2020

  • All private lessons are currently operating online only.
  • More flexibility between face-to-face private and SKYPE lessons possible when social distancing restrictions are eased.
  • Free SKYPE consultation to discuss all your English learning options.
  • A free 60-minute SKYPE trial lesson for current face-to-face private students.
  • All 2020 expiry dates postponed until 2021.

In light of the current situation in the UK, Japan and elsewhere, we want to address the concerns of students and ensure, whether you are a current or new student, that we make it as easy as possibly for you to study without a break.

We do recommend that you switch your private lessons to online lessons until government policy allows non-essential travel to resume.

However, we are implementing the following plan to ensure that new and current students have flexibility over the coming months:

New private PS English students

All new face-to-face students will be able to book up all lessons at SKYPE prices.

Students can choose whether to have face-to-face or SKYPE lessons and can move between the two with no extra charge.

This will allow students to book English lessons with confidence as the situation in the UK and abroad changes over the coming months.

Current face-to-face PS English students

And all students can temporarily switch to SKYPE lessons if the student and teacher agree.

We are offering one free online SKYPE lesson (60 mins) to all current face-to-face students so you can test if it works for you.

You can rebook future lessons at SKYPE prices.

All 2020 lesson expiry dates are postponed until January 1st 2021, so you don’t have to worry about your current lessons expiring.

Skype PS English students

Current and new SKYPE students will have the added benefit of switching to private lessons at no extra cost if a suitable teacher can be found.

Terms and conditions

These new conditions apply to all lessons reserved by the end of May 2020 at the earliest.
