We are hiring for the new part-time, mostly remote, role of School Administrator from September 2018.
The job will include administration, lesson scheduling / organisation and email account management / customer service in English and, to a smaller extent, in Japanese.

School Administrator (with a good level of Japanese)
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient person to help manage the day to day running of PS English. They must have excellent administrative, computer and customer service skills, but there may be a business development element to the job as well.
Knowledge of Japanese – the ability to read and understand written email queries – is essential, while the ability to speak and write Japanese is desirable.
The detailed job specification will depend on and evolve with the individual, but the role is likely to be 15-20 hours per week, can be relatively flexible within weekday normal office hours and will involve mainly work from home, with some work at our East Finchley (office).
Efficiency and attention to detail

Fluent English speaker
Basic IT literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, internet-based business platforms)
Ability to work remotely and flexibly with good Internet access
Commitment and reliability
Higher level IT literacy e.g. MailChimp, WordPress
TEFL experience (teaching or administrative)
Marketing background / experience
